From Science Today magazine. Recently, a couple of anthropologists were treking through Africa seeking some chimps to study. They inadvertantly stumbled upon a group of chimps when they noticed them scampering out of a cave opening. There being no such previous evidence of chimpanzees using caves as dwellings, they were shocked and stunned. They quickly  wrote a report about it and submitted it to their respective univerities for analysis. Thats when the anthropological community got on the band wagon. Professor Lipshitz, who has a P.H.D. in crapola, wrote that this is a clear indication of the evolution of a primate species to a higher level of existence. Doctor Knumbnuts echoed that, by saying we can now study the evolution of early humans transition from ground dwelling creatures to civilized societies….on and on, more grant money is needed, more studies, and the like. Well, one science guy decided to go there with his Government grant money and do more study on the matter…Yep …and this is what he found. The chimps were indeed living in the cave. Why??? Temperatures on the surrounding Savanah were 106 degrees, temeratures in the cave…78 degrees. Now, if you were a monkey, where would you be???  My dog could figure that out. Those chimps could have been using that cave as a summer kitchen for the past 10 million years. Just because nobody saw them before now, means jack squat. Why don’t other monkeys live in caves??? Maybe there are no caves in their neighborhood. Maybe we should quit giving these guys grant money, and let them go find a damn job.
