Court Rips Holder’s DOJ For Handling Of Black Panther Case
Shortly after the election of Barack Hussein Obama, Acting Assistant Attorney General Loretta King announced the Department of Justice would not prosecute 3 New Black Panthers for Election Day voter intimidation. The outrage of DOJ attorneys who had filed the original complaint later increased when the Department ordered them to not cooperate with an investigation launched by the Civil Rights Commission.
At the same time, the Obama Administration insisted that politics played no part in the Justice Department’s decision to drop the charges. In fact, the Department claimed it was career officials, rather than political appointees, who made the final call.
But in 2010, Larry Klayman’s Judicial Watch produced emails acquired pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request and lawsuit that clearly revealed “…the two top political appointees at the DOJ were involved in the decision to dismiss the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party.”
On May 10th of 2009, Associate Attorney General and Obama appointee Thomas Perrelli emailed DOJ colleague and former Democrat election lawyer Sam Hirsch, asking “Where are we on the Black Panther case?” The email included the “current thoughts on the case” of another Obama appointee, Deputy Attorney General David Ogden, 2nd in command at the DOJ.
Just 2 days later, King—also one of Obama’s DOJ appointees—issued an email to Perrelli and Ogden that included “an update on a planned course of action in the NBPP (New Black Panther Party) litigation.” Judicial Watch shows that this email “was distributed to Attorney General Eric Holder” himself.
In 2010, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez testified before the Civil Rights Commission. In response to questions about possible political motivation in dropping the New Black Panther prosecution, Perez stated “the decisions were made by Loretta King in consultation with Steve Rosenbaum,” later suggesting that dropping the case was simply a matter of “…career people disagreeing with career people.”
Prior to filing the lawsuit that forced the release of these emails, the DOJ had told Judicial Watch that the Department could find no records concerning David Perrelli’s “meetings with the White House on the Justice Department’s voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers.” Yet even the national media had reported “at least 9 meetings between Perrilli and White House officials…regarding the Black Panther case.”
And just yesterday, a federal judge finally agreed that political appointees of Barack Obama did indeed interfere with the Black Panther prosecution. His decision came as a result of the Justice Department’s claim that it owed no attorney’s fees and court costs to Judicial watch for its FOIA related suits because “…none of the records produced in [the] litigation evidenced any political interference whatsoever” by the Department. But Judge Reggie Walton disagreed, writing in his decision that “…the documents reveal that political appointees within DOJ were conferring about the status and resolution of the New Black Panther Party case in the days preceding the DOJ’s dismissal of claims in that case…”
Three years and countless legal fees have finally proven what the American people have known from the beginning—that the Regime is filled with liars who refuse to prosecute “Holder’s people.” Isn’t the DC legal system grand?!

Holder’s DOJ, FBI Ignoring Child Sex Trafficking Cases — Informant
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice and the leadership of the FBI are blocking prosecution of human trafficking cases, including those involving minors being forced into prostitution, according to a Townhall magazine article by FBI informant Brandon Darby.
Darby and another FBI “human source,” Dottie Laster, helped investigate human trafficking for several months. Darby writes that he went undercover to gather information on sex traffickers with the help of a sympathetic FBI agent whom he refers to as “Agent X” to protect the agent’s identity.
What Darby uncovered was that cases were often ignored by law enforcement because law requires them to cooperate with ICE, but ICE would often raid the target of investigations before the law agencies could gather evidence necessary for prosecution. Rather than waste the money, time and effort, law enforcement often would just ignore trafficking cases.
The FBI also has a pattern of ignoring such cases, even those involving minors, because the FBI cannot get funding to house and protect the victims of trafficking until the U.S. Attorneys Office designates them as witnesses.
According to Darby, DOJ often didn’t want to get involved because designating many of these victims as witnesses involves obtaining various types of visas and other immigration paperwork.
This also requires signing of a law enforcement declaration of having the witnesses’ cooperation, which local officers in turn didn’t want to sign because they didn’t have a guarantee of resources.
And so the bureaucratic buck is passed.
Darby contends that politically appointed leaders in the FBI and Department of Justice are neglecting their duty to investigate and prosecute human trafficking cases, while hiding behind red tape.
But the allegations get worse.
Cases involving minors are supposed to trigger an automatic investigation by the FBI and Department of Justice. But Darby believes someone working within the FBI deliberately changed information to remove one or more victims’ designation as minors so that the FBI and DOJ would not be obligated to investigate.
Further, someone in the FBI leadership seems to have engaged in retribution against one or more agents who were investigating child sex trafficking, according to Darby, thereby endangering investigations, trafficking victims and the public at large. At least one agent in question was transferred and ordered not to investigate trafficking cases, Darby says.
Darby’s allegations should be investigated by Congress immediately. The Department of Justice and this Administration have already been covering up details of the Fast and Furious operation that delivered thousands of weapons to drug cartels and resulted in the murder of a Border Patrol agent and who knows how many other people.
If the Department of Justice is also abetting child sex trafficking, through negligence or otherwise, Attorney General Eric Holder needs to be removed and possibly even face criminal charges.
And given that so many of these human trafficking cases involve illegal immigrants or even U.S. citizens being smuggled over our porous Mexican border, King Obama’s recent unilateral enactment of amnesty, the Department of Homeland Security’s retaliation against Arizona law enforcement and the decision to close Border Patrol stations must be thoroughly investigated.
All of this raises a very disturbing question.
Taken individually, Fast and Furious, the Arizona immigration fight and the granting of amnesty by executive order could each be chalked up to cheap politicking — the Left trying to tighten gun control laws, and Obama trying to boost his popularity with Latinos.
But taken together and in light of Darby’s allegations, those actions by the Obama Administration seem to set up the perfect environment for human trafficking, along with smuggling of drugs and whatever else.
So the question has to be asked: Is it just a perfect storm of bungling, or is it possible this administration is actually, consciously, deliberately working with Central American drug cartels?
And if the answer somehow turned out to be yes, that the administration is working with the cartels, then it must be asked, to what end?
Muslim Worldwide Persecution of Christians and NO ONE CARES!
To start with, did you know that the rebels in Syria that the U.S. is backing, have been deliberately attacking and killing Christians and destroying churches in that country? Just like the way we supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, it seems the Obama administration is making a habit of supporting radical Muslim groups that openly vow to wipe Christians from their lands.
If you don’t think that Muslims worldwide are really persecuting Christians, allow me to share some of the more recent attacks with you:
Egypt: Worshipers at a Christian Coptic church were ordered to leave the church building in the middle of services. When the priest called police, he was told to comply with the demands and not to return to the church. Christian student ends up in middle of melee while passing out literature on Egyptian campus.
Indonesia: A Muslim mob attacked a store being used for Sunday service. Police arrived after the mob trashed the first floor of the building. They ended up arresting a dozen of the Christian worshipers while no members of the Muslim mob were arrested. Additionally, over 20 Christian churches were ordered torn down by Islamic clerics. The number of violations of the rights of Christians have been taking place at an alarming rate.
Iran: Another Christian church in the capital city of Tehran have been ordered to close. Christian converts have been missing for 5 months. One Iranian woman who converted to Christianity was found shot to death in her car.
Pakistan: Militant Muslims use Christian convert deemed to be mentally retarded to persuade other Christians to convert back to Islam. Muslims beat pregnant Christian mom, causing her to lose the twins she was carrying. After beating the mom, they raped the 13 year old daughter. Now police are siding with the Muslim perpetrators.
Kashmir: 400 Christians have been left without a place of worship when Muslims burned down their 119 year old church.
Mali: Muslim extremist have taken control of the northern part of the country and have instituted strict Sharia law. They have been using Sharia law to victimize Christian women.
Kazakhstan: Government officials are abusing land use rules in order to force the closure of Methodist church. They also fined the pastor’s wife for placing an ad in the local newspaper.
Turkey: The Hagia Sophia once was the most prominent Christian cathedral, but now is a museum. Local Muslims are now demanding that the former Christian church be opened as a mosque.
Saudi Arabia: Christians arrested and imprisoned for worshiping in private homes. Other Christians have been beaten, strip searched and interrogated by government authorities.
Nigeria: Dozens of Christians have been murdered and churches bombed every Sunday in June.
Sudan: After South Sudan seceded last year, the two Christian churches were bulldozed down and three Catholic schools were taken over by the militant Muslims. Muslim man converts to Christianity. His wife sues for divorce and is granted custody of the kids by the courts.
Turkmenistan: Muslim government representatives raided a Christian church, confiscated all of their literature and questioned everyone present.
South Africa: Coastal KZN As-Salaam campus officials demanded all students in the dormitory observe Islam. When students refuse, 70 are evicted and left homeless.
United States: Two Muslim men converted to Christianity and now receiving death threats from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard. Dearborn, Michigan, police side with Muslims who hurl stones and other debris at Christians. In Pennsylvania, a Muslim judge tells victim of beating that it was his fault for disrespecting Islam.
If you still believe that Islam is a religion of peace and should be tolerated here in the United States, I hope and pray that you reconsider your views. Virtually everywhere Islam goes, you will find acts of violence and intimidation towards Christians. Their religion teaches them to destroy Christianity and they are systematically trying their best to accomplish that annihilation.
But more shockingly, where is the outcry from the world community? It seems that absolutely no one cares about Christian persecution except fellow Christians. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has made so many speeches about human rights that I lost count of them, but I’ve yet to hear her address this issue. But then again, why would she since her closest aid has close personal ties to the militant Muslim Brotherhood who is part of the Christian persecution occurring in Egypt?
Obamanomics On Verge Of Another Recession Or Worse
Last Friday, July 27, I was watching the CBS Evening News and copied down a number of statistics they presented. In the past, I’ve always considered CBS to be a typical liberal pro-Obama media outlet. However, when they reported on the current state of the economy and how that could be affecting the presidential campaign, I was surprised at their honesty in reporting just how bad things are.
They started out talking about the slowdown in economic growth. In the first quarter of this year, the growth was at 2.0%. The second quarter of the year saw the growth slowdown to only 1.5%. The problem is that the economy needs a minimum of 2.0% growth to create job growth and maintain consumer confidence.
On the topic of job growth, they pointed out that in the first quarter of 2012, on average there were 226,000 jobs created each month. However, in the second quarter, that average dropped drastically down to only 75,000 jobs created per month.
Mesirow Financial Chief Economist Diane Swonk commented about the economy saying:
“Right now we have the highest risk of a second recession we have had since the financial crisis began.”
“We have subpar growth and a vicious cycle of hesitation and uncertainty because no one’s quite sure what’s going to happen next.”
“It’s peoples’ expectations about the future that are the most damaged right now.”
The CBS report also showed startling graphics that tracked the broadest unemployment figures for the past three months which includes those out of work, forced to work part time only and those who have quit looking for work. In April, this broader and truer unemployment figure was around 14.5%. Three months later that figure had climbed to 14.9% unemployment.
On the converse, consumer confidence dropped at the same rate the unemployment figure rose. They went on to report that many employers are not hiring because they do not want to go through another round of layoffs if the economy continues to fail as it seems to be doing.
A CBS News/New York Times Poll on the economy showed just how poor consumer confidence is. When asked how they felt the condition of the economy was, 27% said it is good and 71% said it is bad.
Lastly, they reported that in April, Barack Obama’s job approval rating was at 48%. In July, his job approval ratings had fallen to 44%. In the 32 years of CBS tracking presidential job approval ratings, no sitting president has won re-election with such low approval ratings.
The overall picture of the economy they presented is bleak and dismal at best. The United States is not easing back into another recession, we’re rushing towards it. From everything I’ve been seeing over the past few years, I believe this recession will be much worse than the first one a couple years ago. As matter of fact, if something isn’t done soon to counter the three and half years of disastrous economic policies of Barack Obama, I believe the looming recession could actually be so bad that it will become a second Great Depression.
We need a business man at the nation’s helm to turn the economy around. Someone with the background of running a successful business and knowing how and what to trim and cut in order to keep the business of the nation solvent is what America desperately needs. Obama has failed and failed big time. A second term with him will mean certain economic meltdown and collapse. America desperately needs a successful businessman like Mitt Romney if there is to be any hope left for us.
